Bruar Lodge offers a true sense of peace and privacy. Located at the top of Glen Bruar, 9 miles along a private track from the public road at the village of Calvine, when staying at this lodge you really can leave the pressures of modern life behind and enjoy a sense of true wilderness where nature is at one with the landscape. Many miles of pony and foot tracks start from the front door and immediately guests enter a world of red deer, grouse and golden eagle with the backdrop of heather hills and wide open skies.

The lodge remains traditional in style although comfortable with full oil fired central heating. Sleeping up to 18 guests with 3 double, 5 twin and 2 single bedrooms, the lodge is spacious and practical with drying rooms, boot rooms and plenty of areas for relaxing and reflecting on the events of the day in front of an open fire. The kitchen is modern and fully equiped to manage a full household. There are three bathrooms and plenty of hot water.
